Top 25 Timeout

So......I'm like lounging on my bed having watched my 3 movies from Blockbuster. Lazy. Too lazy to drive 2 miles up the street and exchange them for more movies. So I click on my cable provider and see that they have new movies. Yep.....I'm paying $17/month for all the movies I can watch and I spend $3.99 to watch "Scoop." These are the kinds of wastrel things you can do with a windfall. It was a great movie with some very funny moments in it. I ought to be spanked for wasting that money. Hehehehehe.......

I see you already have a line forming for the
spanking. :)

As long as you enjoy it you are not wasting your money.
Remember you have to love and appreciate yourself first.
This is just one way of showing that.

That's not a waste. You paid for the cable too. I will never get caught up watching all the movies I've missed during these difficult years. I would like to try though!

It sounds like you've had a nice weekend, WFW. I'm glad.

Your lists of 25s have been fun to read.

Peace, darlin'.

HeyWFW: your posting of the 25 things about your big momma prompted me to see if I could come up with some things about my mother. Well there are numerous ones but that is not the purpose of this comment. I decided to check on some long-deceased relatives. I never knew any of my grandparents because three died before I was born and we moved away and I have no recollections of the fourth grandparent. Anywho I went on line (not one of these paid sites) and found a 1,600 word interview with him that was conducted over a 2-hour period in 1939. I think it was part of a WPA project started after the great Depression. I learned all kinds of things about him: the whole interview was in his words describing his birthplace, how he matured, his schooling, his work experience and his attitudes towards peoples' spending habits. Who could ask for anything more? Just wanted to really thank you getting me onto this exceptional piece of family history that will share with those who are still living. Got to scoot - chores to do!
