Hearty congratulations! We can't wait for the details. I guess windfalls can come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes they might show up in disguises, 'cause I also bet that sometimes, when awful things happen to us, we realize later that they were, in fact, windfalls, but we didn't understand it at the time. I hope all your windfalls are good ones!

Good Lord! What is going on? Did you write the "Happy Birthday" song or something? Getting lots of royalties? :)

If so, You live a much more exciting life than most of us.

Love you either way.

the last windfall I had was when a huge limb broke off our oak tree in an ice storm, it crushed part of the kids play fort, and was covered by insurance. sent the kids and wife to Florida with half of that money. and the Oak made lovely firewood.

I just did one of those cartoon-double-takes [insert funny noise here]. You have my FULL undivided attention. Tell all girlfriend! (p.s. if it has anything to do with lottery tickets, I'm grabbing a bunch of empty fill-in-yourselfs and mailing them to you immediately so you can pick the numbers!)

You must be living right. How about giving me some tips, like some do's and don'ts. Heck, maybe if I just fine tune my lifestyle I might get one of them windfalls. I get lots of wind from these old codgers I see and I fall about every day or so (maybe stumble would be a better word) BUT no windfalls. Help!!! Got to go gather some eggs. How about I swap you some real fresh eggs for a few tips?? Old Baldy
