HI:

I visit your blog from time to time (I'm also on 25peeps -- I'm the smiley girl with the dark hair & black choker -- 2973) and I like the fact that you're wholesome and sincere. You don't try to be someone you're not or hide behind a fake persona. When I see you're down a bit on the grid I make a point to click on your avatar so that you can stay on there longer, because I feel the same way you do (I read your post regarding the site) and I also want to beat out all the "T&A" on there that stay so popular. My big issue is that I have basically left my blog (to focus on other things) so my traffic has slowed a lot since I'm no longer posting right now, but such is life. ;-) I'm still competitive! LOL.

My one suggestion (since you asked in your post) would be to include some humor, which is the biggest draw of an audience, according to some marketing research stuff, blah blah (besides the sex stuff). And visuals (photos, drawings, etc.) are always good too to break up the writing a bit.

But regardless of what anyone tells you, and I know this from experience: this is YOUR blog, it's about YOU, and if someone thinks it's boring, then perhaps they aren't the right audience for you. Blog what suits YOU. Period. Because in the end, it's your work, time and effort put into it.

When people told me to put this photo up or questioned why I didn't write about that topic, etc. I just told them I can't please everybody so I'm pleasing MYSELF, and generally when I followed that rule, those that enjoyed what I had to say stuck around and visited every day. And those that didn't like my blog, well, why care what they think? There are millions of other blogs out there they can go to.

So, to make it simple, do what you want, how you want, when you want. Sure it's good to be open to "suggestions" but what suits one person may not suit someone else, so take suggestions with a grain of salt.

In fact, all this stuff I've written here can be taken to heart or left (or even thrown away LOL) because what I think also doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things.

I like your blog, I like your personality, and I particularly like your sincerity/genuineness. I don't visit any other "25peeps" blogs but I bookmarked yours because I'm so tired of fake people, bossy people, people with agendas, etc. etc. You are a refreshing change from all that stuff. So, thanks for reading all this drivel LOL and I hope you hang in there on the site for a long time because we need more "real people" and less T&A. Substance vs hype.

Lastly, I think Brittany Murphy is one of the most gorgeous actresses around, so it's great that you look like her.

Hugs and cheers!!

I think you left out something, but can't for the life of me recall what it was.

Probably something to do with chocolate.
