I have a...............date
I have a.........date tonight. I can't really believe it, but I do! He doesn't know about the windfall. I'm really glad he doesn't. He has two big points in his favor. He loves children, and he loves animals. Those are two "must haves" in my book. What are YOUR "must haves?"

My must haves? Maturity, a sense of humour and good manners. To top it off, he has to complement me in so many ways (my quirks, pet peeves etc). Demanding, I know. But someone's already taken the job ;)
A good heart and a deep soul. Smiling eyes, wistful sighs, and gentle hands. I could go on with this... but no need. That man will never find me. :)

Good for you! I've had one or two of those myself recently. They're most definitely good for the spirits.
As for must haves, LOL! I'm pretty open to lots of different stuff if it's just for a little date, but for a long term gig, it all changes.
First of all, I have no interest (long term) in anyone who is interested in me because of how I look. I've reached the age and stage where it really is all about personality and it works both ways.
Finally, the only real requirements I would have would be democrat with children. Whatcha doin' tonight, Baldy? ;)

I used to have a laundry list of must haves. Now I only have one: she has to be my wife. I guess it is a good thing that I like her. Otherwise, I would never get out.
Glad to hear you have a date Windfall. Those are nice now and then. I must say I am a tad bit jealous. If I didn't have someone I was seeing right now, I would have to say I wish it was me you were going out with!

Hey WFW - lots of comments on your date. You ought to get some work as a stringer for True Confessions or the like. Sophmom has the right idea - pretty is as pretty does is my motto (as long as she is a democrat). I hope that date works out well for you. Be sure to let us know otherwise I will keep buggin' you 'til I hear the outcome. Got to go nap - the chickens kept me pretty busy since 5 a.m. - waited too long to eat breakfast so et too much and now am feeling drowsy. Hope I don't fall off until I finis zzzzzzzzzz (ole Baldy)
That was funny what anonymous said because I dated a guy who was a Republican and I was so worried...turns out I was right LOL.
Anyway...I just want honesty, integrity and no they are not hand in hand as I have found out.
