Prep for Pres

Well, I found something interesting out! I went to google to look for a woman giving a presentation, and guess what? There was only ONE blonde woman in an image! Please no blonde jokes! Anyhow, this post will be short as I am giving a big presentation on Monday. Please keep good thoughts for me? I'm strangely nervous, and I've done this so many times! I'm sure I'll calm down.

Windfall moment of the day before yesterday? I found out that someone close to me was REALLY in a bad way financially. And I mean really. Frightened and scared. So what could I do? After my girls' luncheon, I took money by her place. She called me and offered half of it back. I told her to keep it. It's scary though. I remember those times. Maybe that's why my fear still kicks in sometimes. TGIF.

Now that's a great windfall moment, especially for your friend.

Oh why no blonde jokes??? Your friend will never forget your generosity. It will be repaid ten thousand times over.

It's so true what they say though. What goes around comes around. You were there before it sounds like and now here you are helping someone out of that same situation. It will be returned to you tenfold at some point, just as it will be to her too at some point.

Hugs, love and prayers

Two things: First, I know you will do fine with the presentation - I can tell from your posts that you are very bright and good at what you do - so don't sweat it. Second, that was a fine thing you did for that person. It will come back to you either physically or mentally. Old Baldy

Presentations are the scariest for me if I'm presenting to people I know. I seem to do fine if it's a bunch of strangers...I don't do the whole "imagine everyone in their underwear" thing, but I just always hope and pray there's not some asshole in the group who feels it's their job to question every word I say. :) You'll do fine, no worries at all.

Man, I really wish that one of my friends had a windfall and would drop some cash by our apartment for a downpayment on a house. Could you send some windfall vibes to my friends? Good job, WFW.

Aww sweety, you will be just fine. We women always fret it before hand, but when it comes down to it we always come through!

You truly are what I call a golden soul. To put others ahead of yourself is testament to it! Hugssssssss
